During my stay at Rhodos Horizon Blu, I found the location to be excellent, just a short stroll from the beach and close to the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the get-go. However, I faced several issues, such as high extra charges for amenities, which felt steep, and some problems with room cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it was a decent stay with both positive and negative aspects.
